Chuck is a celebrity look-alike who looks like Rainier Wolfcastle.

History

When Homer took Wolcastle to Moe's to shown everybody his new friend, the bar's patrons started asking Rainier questions. Wolfcastle said that he'd let his look-alike answer the questions instead. Chuck then walked in and introduced himself. Moe then asked him how much a celebrity look-alike gets paid.
