Rolling 80 are a gang in Hollywood.

History

After coming across Homer and Marge messing with the Watts Towers, they find out that Homer was Oscar blocked and didn't know about the Oscars. They decided to take them there before their award was called and made Homer and Marge honorary members. This meant that any other gang would try to kill them.
