Scruffy is a janitor.

History

Scruffy worked as janitorial assistant at Springfield Elementary School.

He later shot himself after the Bart Simpson goblins tore off his mustache, because he didn't think that a ife without a mustache was worth living. However, he was later seen sweeping the streets of New New York without his head, showing he survived somehow.

Behind the Laughter

• Scruffy surviving without his head may be due to similar methods used to keep the Headless body of Agnew alive.
