History

When Homer brought the smuggled sugar back to Springfield, he demanded to see the Oompa-Loompa and Garth Motherloving showed him to Homer. He was sitting on a crate, smoking. Homer thought he was freaky.

References

Oompa-Loompas are characters from the Roald Dahl book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The Oompa-Loompas in The Simpsons resemble the Gronka-lonkas from Fry and the Slurm Factory, the Futurama parody of 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
