Panda cone

A Panda Cone is a type of ice cream that Milhouse wanted his father, Kirk Van Houten to buy him. They became a hit at the Springfield Zoo when a new panda came called Simsam (really Homer in disguise) as one of Mr. Burns' practical jokes.
