History

After a long car journey, the Simpson family reached the Itchy & Scratchy Land parking lot, where they were flown to the park by helicopter, and the pilot told them that nothing could “possibly” go wrong.

Homer asked him if his family were going to land on a aircraft carrier. The helicopter pilot said no and that the closest vessel was a laundry ship, the USS Walter Mondale, and that they would take them the rest of the way to the US.
