The Teletubbies are characters from the show of the same name.

History

When Bart watched a trailer for The Bloodening, he phoned Milhouse to ask him if he had seen it. Milhouse was watching the Teletubbies at the time and changed to Channel 6.

They were chasing Homer along with an angry mob after he couldn't pay the money he donated. They fired lasers from their antennae on their heads.

They are later on the kids show with Roofi.
