History

While at the Springfield Post Office, Charles Montgomery Burns attempted to mail a letter to the Prussian consulate in Siam by aeromail and asked whether he was too late for the "4:30 autogyro." A postal clerk remarked that the manual did not list Prussia, Siam, or autogyro, suggesting that Burns was using obsolete names and methods.

When Mr. Burns meet Hank Scorpio he said to him at Hank is not Napoleon Bonaparte and he is not Prussia.
