When Bart was in Strategic Air Command Springfield Station, he found Sinatra Ruins Dylan and moved past it.
Behind the Laughter
Sinatra Ruins Dylan is a reference to Bob Dylan's Triplicate album, in which he sings covers of Frank Sinatra's songs.
It also directly references the fact that in the 1960's, Sinatra recorded many versions of songs by new musicians of the time, such as Joni Mitchell, which were sometimes regarded, by critics, as a disaster.
