Judy is a receptionist at Sunnyday Nursing Home.
History
Bart spoke to her when he went to get Phoebe Pratt from the nursing home. She questioned Bart about it because he went there for Unas earlier.
A few days later, Bart complained about Judy letting Phoebe go out when she didn't make sure Bart was there to collect her, letting Phoebe escape alone.
