The FOX voice-over is a voice-over speaker for FOX.
History
When Homer was telling Lisa something bad that FOX had been doing for years, the voice over spoke-over what Homer was saying. It said that FOX had been making programming that the whole family could enjoy. Lisa then asked if they were going to start something, before the voice-over spoke over her, saying that FOX will entertain America with hits like House, American Idol and American Idol Results Show.
