Mickey is a character in the film Forward to the Past.
History
When the scientist said that they needed to get the paddle steamer up to 99mph, Mickey asked if that was relative to the shore or water. The scientist then said that he didn't know. At the end of the film, Mickey was on the paddle boat as it went onto land before traveling in time.

Mickey is a parody of Marty McFly from Back to the Future.
