Lily was in The Brexiting Swan where all the men, including Groundskeeper Willie, were fighting over her. Lily then left the pub, stepping over Willie's unconscious body.

Behind the Laughter

The name of the pub is a reference to Brexit.

The Union Jack flag hanging from the pole is upside down, which is a distress signal.
