Phil the TV reporter is a TV reporter who first appeard in the the Simpsons short "Bart the Hero." He appears again in The Call of the Simpsons. He was retired when Scott Christian and Kent Brockman were created. He does, however, make a cameo in Two Cars in Every Garage and Three Eyes on Every Fish
