"Gummy Joe" is a Springfield Nuclear Power Plant worker. He has one tooth, which he calls "Chomper". He has lost all of the others and his chomper is still in his mouth only because of the dental plant. He uses his chomper to open cans. He is on a package of bubble gum as "Toothless Joe".[1]
