Superdude was the fourth grade's pet gerbil. He was named by the students. His unfortunate death was caused by him being squished to death by his own water bottle. When he was found dead one morning, Skinner tells Groundskeeper Willie to bury him. Willie has a bit of resentment towards Superdude being buried, as he feels that he got the special treatment as his own father was just "thrown in the bog." However, he accidentally struck oil while preforming the deed, suddenly making the school rich. Later, Bart and his friends begain to complain over the stench of the death smell Superdude left behind.
