Kate is an employee at Springfield Insurance.
History
When Gil was struggling to pull up the policy for the Simpson family, he called Kate in, saying another generation knew how to operate the system. Kate walked in and pressed one button, tlling Gil to "enjoy". Kate then later came back to show Gil how to charge up his phone, by plugging it into the wall.
