Francette is a Canadian woman who was briefly the foster mother of Lisa Simpson.
History
When Lisa was taken in by Canada after they deemed her a victim of political persecution, she was put into foster care with Francette and her husband, Gord. When Lisa was video calling her family, Francette and Gord appeared in the call and recommended Canadian restaurants for them to go to.
