Babe Ruth IV is a member of the Springfield Isotopes in the episode "Wild Barts Can't Be Broken". He is the illegitimate great grandson of Babe Ruth. He is declared to be "no Babe Ruth III". While at bat, he points towardfs the right field bleachers, then points down to signal a bunt. He is immediately tagged out.
Later in the episode, the Isotopes win the championship game, but it is unclear if Ruth was still a member of the team.
He does not have any lines in the episode.
