The Homer look-alike is an unnamed man who greatly resembles Homer Simpson. The only differences are his hair, moustache, nose, and shirt.
History
When Homer said he would buy the Griffin family donuts at the Kwik-E-Mart, the look-alike emerged from a shadowed part of the store. As he did this, Lois thanked him, to which the man replied that he hadn't said anything, before proceeding to walk off.
