The Kwik-E-Mart manager is the manager for the Springfield Kwik-E-Mart.
History
He went to the Kwik-E-Mart to fire Apu after he sold Homer Simpson spoiled meat. He then made Apu hand over his pricing guns and name tag. After this, Apu tried to kill himself by eating a hot dog but the manager stopped him from doing so.
Later, the manager held interviews for a replacement for Apu. After interviewing Barney Gumble, he settled on James Woods, who wanted the job as experience for a film role.
