Mildred is a retired lady who was flirting with Abe and Homer Simpson.
History
She went over to Homer and Abe and started to flirt. Abe kept telling her that Homer was married and that she should leave. Eventually she took the hint and left and Abe told Homer to watch out for hoochies like her.
