The beach hobo is a hobo who lives at Springfield Bay. In "Moonshine River" he appears in New York City when Bart and Homer takes the Taxi driver 's Taxi.
History
After Bart dumped seaweed on Homer's head through a sand head's nose, the hobo said that it was the most disgusting thing he had ever seen on the beach. He then went and lay down inside a dead whale and said that it was kind of sad.
