The Antiques store appears in many episodes, in Bart the General, it is where Bart gets Herman to help him fight Nelson, in Old Money, when Abe inherited Bea Simmons $106,000, he spent $400 of it on a hat that Napoleon supposedly wore. In a segmant of Treehouse of Horror VIII, Homer is inspecting a bomb shelter in Hermans when Springfield is blown up and in 22 Short Stories About Springfield, Chief Wiggum, Snake are held there by gunpoint. At the same episode, Kirk Van Houten says that, when he was a kid, Herman's Military Antiques was a petshop.
