History
He was on the same boat, The Che Gue-Ferry, as the Simpson family going to Cuba. He told Homer off and said that Cubans were able to pronounce "psychiatrist". Fred Mertz then told him that the girls are dressed up like men trying to get into the cigar store. He then told Fred that they would give them cigars.
