Joyce Kinney is a television personality from Quahog, Rhode Island. She is a co-anchor of Quahog 5 News with Tom Tucker. She is also the host of The Flow with Joyce Kinney
History
She spoke to Peter Griffin about his controvery arising from his comic strip, For Pete's Sake!, on The Flow with Joyce Kinney.
She later attended the Duff vs. Pawtucket Patriot Ale trial at the Springfield Court House, and sat between Kent Brockman and James Woods.
