Vincent, also known as The Occurrence, is Fat Tony's nephew.
History
When Fat Tony invited Marge and Homer to his house for a "Wet 'N' Wild Weekend", they met Stevie B., Stevie F., and Vincent. When Marge and Homer find out that Fat Tony has a mistress, Homer want's to stay one more day as he and The Occurrence were going to the tanning salon to get oiled and broiled. Marge tells him that Homer and her must be "that guy". Homer says he doesn't want to be that guy.
Behind the Laughter
He is parody of American television personality Michael Sorrentino known as "The Situation."
