The Homer look-alike is an unnamed man who greatly resembles Homer Simpson. The only differences are his hair, moustache, nose, and shirt.
History
When Homer said he would buy the Griffin family donuts in the Kwik-E-Mart, the look-alike walked out of a shadow. As he did this, Lois thanked him, to which the man said he didn't say anything and just walked off.
