Proctor Clarkson'is a proctor for the Department of Standardized Testing.
History
She arrived at Springfield Elementary School to give the pupils a test to decide the fate of Springfield Elementary. She found out that the school was the worst in the state so was going to close it down. When she found out that Bart hadn't taken the test yet, she took him to do it.
Marge bumped into her and asked her to have some humanity. After Bart passed the test, Marge thanked her and the proctor said that maybe she learned something from this.
