The Highway 9 Bird Sanctuary is the location Marge had planned for the family vacation before the snap decision to visit Itchy & Scratchy Land. While the family battled malfunctioning animatronic robots at I&S Land, the patrons of the Bird Sanctuary were also running for their lives in a frightening The Birds-type scenario.
