History

Cooney is very keen and pledges to do "anything [he] can do to make your visit more enjoyable." Cooney also reminds patrons to "apply for our V.I.P. Platinum Club for special discounts." His fairly overbearing manner annoys Otto as he enters the casino, so much so that he punches Cooney in the face for bugging, knocking him out.[1]
