The Perm Bank is a salon where Marge gets her hair cut.
History
Marge was at the salon getting a haircut from Armando. Homer then came into the salon, quietly took Armando's place and begin to cut her hair himself, attempting to become a better husband. However, he did a terrible job on Marge's hair. Marge wasn't aware of what was going on until she saw the amount of hair that was falling to the floor. Thinking that Armando was still cutting her hair, she commented that Armando was taking a lot off. When she looked into the mirror and saw that Homer had taken Armando's place and saw what Homer had done, she first screamed in dismay, then began lecturing Homer.
