Max Klinger is a character in M*A*S*H.
History
When Marge talked to her neighbors about the last episode of M*A*S*H, one of them said that she missed Klinger already.
Behind the laughter
Klinger was one of the most popular characters on M*A*S*H and one of the few to appear for the entire run of the show. His trademarks were cross-dressing (in the early seasons, in an attempt to get a psychiatric discharge) and repeatedly hatching other schemes to get out of the Army.
