Marge get a call from Chief Wiggum, who told her that her husband was found DOA. He corrected himself quickly and say he meant DWI and explained at he always gets those two mixed up. He hangs up the phone and meets Mrs. Phillips at the police station. Mrs. Phillips told to Wiggum that he said her husband was DWI. Wiggum asks Phillips to talk to another officer as he is going out to lunch.
