The Naked Cowboy is a street performer who lives in New York City. He wears only cowboy boots, a hat, and briefs, with a guitar strategically placed to give the illusion of nudity.
History
When he was walking around in New York City, Homer told him he was only wearing underwear and he yelled out that he thought it was a dream.
