Mrs. Babcock is wife to Clay Babcock.
History
When Bart took a ride with Clay Babcock on a time trials race which determine his pole position told Clay at he sometimes let his wife drive, which was breastfedding their child in the car. Mrs. Babcock told then Bart to remove his feets from the seat.
