King Julio of Spain was one of many suitors to Queen Elizabeth I.
History
When he asked Queen Elizabeth I of her hand she passed him for he has making goo-goo eyes with her court jester because he like mans who can make him laugh. That made him angry and he starting to attack England but failed.
