The Australian man is an unnamed man who lives in Australia. He is a patron atthe bar, Crocodile Drunkee's.
History
When Bart prank called the Australian bartender, he told him that his name was "Drew P. Wiener". The bartender asked his patrons if anyone was expecting a call from Drew P. Wiener. He then said that he held in his hand a Drew P. Wiener. At that point the Australian man said that he'd better put it down and all the patrons laughed.
