History
It, along with other web cartoons, were repossessed by Herman Melwood when BetterThanTV.com went bankrupt as payment for the Aerochairs they bought.
Behind the Laughter
Space Penis is most likely a parody of Space Balls which is itself a parody of Star Wars.
