Celeste is an emperor.
History
When the Simpson family crashed on a planet, they were captured to be sacrificed to Jim-Bo for the emperor's amusement. Before they should be sacrificed, they meet Celeste who was a slave, with all other two-eyed creatures on the planet. When Space Cadet Bart made Jim-Bo blind, she got released and managed to overthrow the emperor, and made it so all three-eyes creatures became slaves and she became the new emperor of the planet.
