The American border security official is a man who works as a border security official for people travelling from Canada into the United States.
History
After Homer used flattery on another border security official to get into the U.S. with a carload of prescription drugs from Canada, the official walked up to the flattered man. He asked him if Homer had had a passport, to which the other official responded "yes... to my heart."
