El Barto the Great is a stuntman that works for Lisa the Frog.
History
He appearances in a story by Homer, Whe Krusty the Bear do the opening preparing El Barto the Great for something educational and want to fire fireworks on the stage, but when Lisa the Frog finds it out, she lets Old MacDonald implement a musical numbers instead.
