History
When Barchie wanted to start a band to save Apop's Chok'Lit Squishee Shoppe, Apop gave him the set of instruments that The Bingoes used. He took them after some young punks could not pay their tab. The band didn't like this as they had a gig that evening, so he called the police and they gave him permission to using deadly force.
