Rod Runtledge is twin brother to the kid behind the mask of Fallout Boy.
History
Rod Runtledge thought at his twin brother, Dodd died ater a plane crash in a remote south American jungle. After Rod becomes Fallout Boy, he understand at he lived after Rod was at the drugstore to puck up photos from the armed forces day barbecue, when they give him Dodd's picture. After Rod as Fallout Boy and Radioactive Man meet him at a convent for hippes they sending him to military school after they understand he has amnesia.
