History
After Bob inherited money from Chester J. Lampwick, he built "Bartland", and asked Bart to come to the inauguration. Bart and Lisa then visited the park, but during their first trip they were almost killed, and they realized that all of the attractions were a death trap. Bob locked the two in the amusement park. Lisa then writes "Help" with mustard on the hot dogs and throwing them out to the street from the amusement park.
