The nuclear regulator was a nuclear regulator that went on a boat trip with fellow nuclear regulators, Mr. Burns and Homer. He asks Homer to brew him a Long Island ice tea, the most complicated cocktail. He, along with the other regulators, falls over the edge of the waterfall, leaving his fate unknown.
