On January 14, 2009, Fox started the Best. 20 Years. Ever. campaign to celebrate 20 years of the Simpsons around the world. It culminated on January 14, 2009 with a special two hour celebration with a documentary made by Morgan Spurlock, The Simpsons 20th Anniversary Special in 3-D on Ice, and the new episode Once Upon a Time in Springfield.
