History
The yeti found the flag that a man who climbed Everest was carrying and gave it to his son, Moe Szyslak.[1]
Apu was hiking up a mountain in Tibet when a yeti attacked him. The yeti killed and ate Apu in a spaghetti dish. The yeti had a copy of Joy of Cooking People and a jar of Apu Pasta Sauce.[2]
Behind the Laughter
In the real world, the Yeti is an ape-like cryptid (similar to Bigfoot) that is reputed to live in the Himalayas.
