History
When Lisa pointed out to Chief Wiggum that he wasn't a judge and the law making it illegal to not have any money hadn't passed yet, Wiggum made a call to Vesper on a secret microphone asking her to put Lisa on the no-fly list. Vesper said that she would, but then said that she supposed that Lisa was very young and beautiful. Wiggum then told her to keep her chin up.
