Sheheqazaramesh was the name of a man depicted in a historical reenactment about the origins of shoplifting.
History[edit]
During a shoplifting prevention film shown at Try-N-Save, Troy McClure claimed that shoplifting began in ancient Phoenicia. In the reenactment, a man identified as Sheheqazaramesh lifted the corner of a shop to steal olives from inside.
